What does Menuha Group do?

Menuha Group organizes life-changing events for men and women who want to continue to develop in the field of mind, soul and body. Menuha Group's mission is to awaken a deep desire in people to deepen their personal relationship with God and thus get closer to God. Menuha Group inspires and motivates men and women to lead a full life. A life in abundance.

We believe that everyone can be powerful, resilient and strong. We believe in pursuing God with all your heart, soul and body.
We believe that everyone should and can be an example for others. Not only in word, but certainly also in deed.

In all our activities, we want to improve the quality of our life and grow in our faith in God.

What does Menuha mean?

'Menuha' means 'rest'. A very specific and special form of rest. It is a total peace and tranquility that is also seen as a party, a celebration. It is also translated as 'happiness'. Menuha is something YOU create! It's about creating an environment where you can rest and give God all your attention; that you enjoy life, the world around you and God.

If we are honest, we all need a 'Menuha' in our lives from time to time. No mobile, no internet, no email. Not a day to be 'down'. A day for Menuha, a day for rest. A celebration of life! God blessed the seventh day. He rested on the seventh day. In other words, He had a Menuha on the seventh day. He celebrated what He had created ... life ...
